Time: 10am-1pm

Purpose: To facilitate communication between everyone and create long-term, sustainable structures that create a more organized movement

Results: More cohesion, organization, core contributors talking to each other, exchanging visions and building trust

It would be 2 parts:

1. Informal meeting very informal--(reaching out to those we don't know) This will be for 45 minutes.
2. Coordination/Organizational meeting to review all committees, their mandates, procedures and members. Only logistics, structure/organizational things and getting a good communication will be discussed only. We need to get core contributors off-site/on-site, organizers, volunteers etc in a room together. This will be for 2 hours.
