Proposal 1:  brought forth by Outreach. This proposal was: Every 3 days all committees will update the facilitation working group to make sure that there is mediation between groups that need to work together/ be aware of what other groups may be working on and help ease overall coordination and identifying where there is overlap and gaps that need to be filled. The proposal passed and there is now an information sheet in the info tent so that working groups can also make their work plans more visible.

Occupy Ottawa GA was convened shortly after 6:30pm

1. A proposal to temporarily adjourn the evening's assembly at 7pm was passed.  This was to allow the members of the assembly wishing to attend the candlelight vigil in remembrance of Jamie Hubley to do so.  The proposal also included a request that participation in this vigil be respectful, and not be done in such a manner as to overwhelm the vigil's numbers at any single time, or appear to coopt the vigil as a publicity stunt for Occupy Ottawa.

COMMITTEE PROPOSALS

Infrastructure:

There was a proposal to purchase a generator as the previously available power source via the lamp posts at the park is no longer available.
